Shipping within India is free.

We are bound with DHL and Fedex Which are huge international courier companies and are capable of delivering to any corner worldwide.

Shipping cost outside India will vary with its country-based.

You don't have to worry as we are working with top-ranking international logistics companies like DHL and Fedex, which can ship to any corner of the world.

For Shipping costs outside India, we need delivery locations as it is different in all different countries. We will mail you tracking id and particular link of courier company as we dispatch material from our company. You must need to check all your emails, including spam and junk, for this informations. Sometimes it takes 24 business hours to display your tracking number on the courier website. For any Express deliveries demanded by you, You need to pay advance for it.

VAT & Custom Duties

All products are already included with GST Which will reflect in billing. There is no extra charge for parcels delivered in India. VAT/ Custom tax and import duties are not controlled by us, which are different in different countries, and it will be paid directly by the customer's end. International customers must be aware that we do not include any VAT / Custom taxes or import duties. So if in any case there is VAT/custom or additional service charge will rise, that must be paid by the customer end and will take full responsibilities of it.


Any order will take 3 to 7 working days after shipping. More information on status will be provided on request.

In some countries, there are some areas in which delivery is made in the Mail bor or outside of the main door, which are known as SDA (Secured delivery Areas) and NSA (Neutral Service area). In this type of area, logistics companies do not make prior calls or intimate in any form for delivery done or in process. These types of areas are also known as NSR (No signature required), which means in the future, they don't have any proof of delivery for investigation time of any claims raised by the customer. After delivery done at the postal address of the buyer by the logistics company, shreedesignsnx.com will not be liable for any damage(full or partial) or criminal activity like theft, etc.

If you are also living in this type of area where package theft rates are high, we will refer you to contacting the logistics company (DHL or Fedex) to complete your request and let you pick up your package by yourself from their nearest authorized pick up point to your address.

What if any Delays

Shipping time displayed on our online store is just approximate and inductive time. We are bound to maintain the TAT mentioned on the product, but there can be rare circumstances that are not in our control, so some delays occur. There will be no exchange, return or repayment will be done for this reason. There will not be our sole responsibilities of our if any delays done by the customs clearance process. We can't do anything after the product is dispatched.

Address change Request

There will be no address change entertained by us once the order is placed.

If you want to deliver on a different address, then you are agreed and liable to pay an additional amount to the courier company or shreedesignsnx whichever we refer to.


Each parcel is covered with security, as well as insurance, until it is delivered. There is no extra cost that will be charged for parcel's insurance.
